Questions to Ask Yourself About Your Sundays
How do you typically feel on a Sunday afternoon as you start to think about Monday and the week ahead?
What are the things you typically “escape” to so that you do not have to think about the week ahead? What do you do to ignore or “feel better but not solve” the angst and the pit in your stomach on a Sunday afternoon or evening?
What are the non-negotiable commitments that you have on a Sunday afternoon that you must do and cannot get out of? These are okay to have, let’s just acknowledge those things here.
When on a Sunday could you schedule in 15 to 30 minutes on your calendar, or an alarm on your phone, so that you are reminded to pause and reflect? What small “escapism” on a Sunday could you delay or give up so that you can start to get proactive about your life and your coming week?
Let’s try our first Unstoppable Sunday (even if right NOW is not a Sunday) together. Just to see how it feels and get you going.
